Way back in 2000 when I was in New Zealand for my student teaching, Carly and I felt the need to socialize so we went to a local photography club meeting. They had a raffle there and I won a basket of random stuff. Among the things in the prize was this little multi-colored stocking cap. It was wool and it was hand-made. I thought it was a cool little hat and decided to hold onto it until we had a kid. As it turns out, Carly and I did have a baby boy, and I must say, I'm happy I held onto the hat for all those years. Logan on the other hand, seems a little upset at having to wear this scratchy rainbow hat.

wow, that is the most adorable picture. Logan is soo cute. He should wear that hat everyday.
